MEET DIANA

For more than 30 years, fitness has been woven into my life. I have trained, coached and supported clients through different seasons of strength, change and self-discovery—but some of my greatest lessons came through experiencing my own body differently in midlife.

As I entered this stage of life, I began noticing changes that traditional training alone wasn’t addressing. The shoes I wore, changes in my gait and the way my feet connected with the ground were beginning to affect my posture and movement. What appeared to be an isolated issue was actually part of a much larger chain—moving through my arches, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis and spine.

That realization changed the way I understood the body.

I became deeply curious about the mechanics beneath movement: how the big toe influences stability, how the foot communicates with the hips, how fascia connects the body, and how compensation in one area can quietly affect strength, mobility, confidence and comfort elsewhere. I began rebuilding my own foundation from the ground up—restoring awareness, connection and purpose to the way I moved.

This journey became about far more than physical alignment. The more connected I became to my body, the more clearly I began to understand myself. I stepped more fully into my strength, my purpose and the woman I was always meant to become. I learned that when we create alignment within the body, it can influence how we stand, how we move and how we show up in every area of life.

That understanding became the heart of the DiFit Method™.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Nutritionist, I combine progressive strength training, mobility, movement mechanics, nutrition and sustainable wellness practices. My approach supports women through midlife, perimenopause, menopause and beyond, while also helping young dancers build strong, stable foundations for performance and longevity.

DiFit is not simply about changing how a body looks. It is about understanding how your body works, rebuilding trust in it and creating strength that supports the life you want to live.

Because true strength begins with awareness—and when the body becomes aligned, something deeper within us often begins to align too.

Where Strength Meets Grace.
